Because I am so pregnant for the holidays this year I am keeping it simple. I would love to get all dressed up in a pretty dress or sequins (I love sequins for Christmas) but nothing fits and I was not about to buy something new with a week left. But I love this bright red sweater with my new FAVORITE bow pumps. I am really obsessed with these shoes! So at least I still feel festive. And I actually bought the wildfox sweater I linked below to wear on Christmas day!
A little baby update. We had a ultra sound yesterday and they are estimating the baby to be 8 pounds. I know that is not always accurate and it could be a pound or a half a pound off. But still I never thought that I would have a baby measuring 8 pounds. Then we went and met with the doctor. Of course my doctor is out of town for the holidays so we had to see a new doctor we had never met before. Thank god he was great and we loved him. He seems to think I will be going into labor like any minute. I am having pretty strong contractions there is just no real pattern to them. But he thinks its going to happen like tomorrow.
So we are just waiting! I know she is happy in there and I am so happy that she is so healthy. But I am not going to lie, I want her out! Carrying around a 8 pound baby is exhausting I am starting to swell and my hands are now getting numb. So if she decides to stay in until Tuesday we are going to schedule something ASAP because my doctor is a little worried that I will not be able to handle giving birth to a 9 pound baby, which she could be by next week.
Like I said I am so happy she is healthy and I have really enjoyed being pregnant. But I feel so ready. I know it will happen in God's timing I just hope it is before next week!
Merry Christmas Eve! Thanks for stopping by!
