Merry Christmas from our soon to be family of four!! We are so excited (and a little nervous) about this miracle baby that will be joining our family in June. Andi and the new baby will be almost 18 month apart and I am so excited that she is going to be a big sister.
This pregnancy has been different from my first one in a lot of ways, chief among those differences being that I have been sick way more this time than last time. I cannot believe how long it has been since I have done a blog post. But I have had no energy throughout my entire first trimester and have been feeling very nauseous pretty much constantly. I am finally starting to feel myself again. Thank God. I wanted to share this so bad for so long but it was really important to me and my family to wait until I was out of my first trimester.
Being pregnant and sick and having an 11 month old has been hard for me. So I decided that I needed to put my family first and take care of myself the best I could and that is why I have not been blogging. When I was pregnant with Andi, obviously there was a lot more time to rest and take care of things. Over these past months I have to sleep and rest while she is sleeping or I won't make it through the day without feeling terrible. But I wanted to say thank you to everyone for continuing to check my blog and ask what has been going on. It means so much to me.
We are so happy and we feel so lucky to be able to have another baby and to give Andi a sibling. I have so much to be thankful for everyday. Especially my family. June can't come soon enough!
Merry Christmas! And I plan to start blogging in the new year. I have missed all of you guys.
